Great China Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited's main shareholders are Mr. Huang Shizai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Great China International Investment (Group) Co., Ltd., and Ms. Huang Wenxi, CEO of Great China Holdings. 

The company was renamed "Great China Holdings (Hong Kong) Limited" in July 2022 with the vision of "Building a Great China Chinese World: Framing Asia, Constructing the World, Building a Beautiful Homeland," serving Great China.

With the support of major shareholders and the development of its own quality resources, Great China Holdings currently has several property development and investment projects. The group's initiated projects include Jinliwan Resort in Shanwei City, Guangdong Province, Oriental Plaza Building in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, and the project in Caofeidian, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, among which Oriental Plaza Building is a commercial and residential project invested by the group chairman Mr. Huang Shizai in 2012.

While focusing on the development of existing high-quality projects, Great China Holdings also continues to actively explore other potential real estate investment projects. In the future, the group will seek development opportunities in different regions, take the path of internationalization, and build a Great China Chinese community, so that wherever there are Chinese people in Hong Kong, China, Asia, and even the world, there will be houses of Great China, creating warm homes for Chinese people.
